ILLICIT Moonshine – Pear Ginger

ILLICIT Moonshine draws its roots from the Prohibition-era style of the Roaring Twenties—nearly a century ago in the small border town of Hemmingford. At the time, Hemmingford’s orchard bounty was as famous as its underground trade in illicit spirits.
ILLICIT Pear Ginger offers the bold flavor of fresh ginger and lemon zest, rounded out by the warmth of a spiced pear tart.

Production Method
A perfectly balanced blend of high-proof Moonshine, cider, freshly pressed pear juice, and a medley of spices—aged for several months before being cold-filtered and bottled.
