Description

Somerset is our take on the ciders typically found in the western counties of England, made exclusively with traditional British cider apple varieties.
These apples are unique for their high tannin content, delivering a satisfyingly bold and bitter mouthfeel. The cider has a full body with fruity and floral aromas.

Production Method
At Petch Orchards, we take pride in preserving and cultivating a wide array of European cider apple varieties. These apples offer remarkably distinctive flavor and fermentation qualities thanks to their high tannin levels, which create an exceptional mouthfeel. A hand-selected blend is pressed and fermented for approximately two months. After aging on lees, the cider is filtered and bottled for your enjoyment.
