Lively and dry on the finish, it features bright notes of citrus, florals, and lemon zest. Made with Cascade and Centennial hops grown in Quebec.

Production Method
This is an ultra-dry sparkling cider that undergoes hop maceration post-fermentation to bring out a distinct flavor and aromatic profile. After aging on lees for several months, it is filtered and bottled for your enjoyment.

Serve chilled between 5°C and 7°C
Perfect for sharing with friends or family. Pairs beautifully with grilled chicken, seafood, and Asian dishes.
