Made exclusively from apples ripened and frozen on the tree, this full-bodied ice cider is rich with notes of homemade applesauce, caramel, and baked apple.<\/p>\n

Apple Varieties<\/strong>
Gala, Fuji, Cortland, McIntosh, Honeycrisp<\/p>\n

Production Method<\/strong>
Cryo-Extraction<\/strong> \u2013 This premium ice cider begins its journey in January or February, when naturally frozen apples are harvested and pressed to extract an intensely concentrated, sweet nectar. The juice is then carefully fermented over several months. Once the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity is reached, fermentation is halted, and the cider is aged for several more months before bottling.<\/p>\n

Tasting Notes<\/strong>
Serve chilled between 10\u00b0C and 12\u00b0C
Pairs beautifully with aged cheddar or dark chocolate, and can be enjoyed as a dessert or aperitif.<\/p>\n
